I made all the beads pictured on a Minor with Effetre glass. Tools used: marver, pick, tweezers, and a blade. Also necessary: Motivation, creativity, and skill. Plus the support of family, friends, mentors, and of course the many wonderful people who appreciate and buy my beads. Special Gratitude to Jerry!

 Love those dots!!

Original Scarab Design. My desire was to recreate this ancient symbol in a new way as a bead. A fabulous book that Jerry gave me a book called "Living Jewels", and the patterns on my own front and back doors helped with the overall design. All in all about 5 years to come up with the current style, and it's evolution continues.  I first started showing and selling these at the 2003 Bay Area Bead Extravaganza in Oakland.

Etched Mask Bead. Inspiration Mayan Exhibit in San Francisco a while back. Note the flat finger tips...Another love of mine is playing the mandolin.

Glorious Goddess Bead. Obviously those decades of figure drawing paid off.
